The Ideal Candidate should possess

	Experience with architecture design (within all networking areas) and have extremely solid documentation skills.
	Router and switch security, network architecture design in a corporate environment
	Project Planning and implementation
	Network addressing, experience dealing with large ISPs and contracts
	Capacity planning
	Project management/cost analysis
	Layer 3 switching, VLAN trunking, ether channel, VLANs, VOIP, QOS, LAN Routing, EIGRP
	Current knowledge of emerging standards
	CCNP certification minimum preferable
